Fairmont St Andrews is serving up trendy tea-infused cocktails during the month of November with a special menu available in the Kittocks Den and Rock & Spindle. Both the Darjeeling Express and the Grape Tea Crush will be served in tea pots over ice with tea cups and shortbread for the guest to enjoy at their table. To top off the hotel’s truly tea-tastic celebrations, traditional afternoon tea will also be on offer with delicious pastries, homemade scones with clotted cream and scrumptious mini cakes served with an array of tea and coffee selections.

With an afternoon tea experience “steeped” in tradition, The Savoy is celebrating tea month in grand style with a tea inspired champagne cocktail. Complementing it’s champagne afternoon tea experience, The Pearl of the Thames cocktail features a full-flavored jasmine pearl infused syrup, made from the hotel’s exclusively sourced Jasmine Pearls Green Tea from the Fujian Provence in China. The Jasmine Tea, which was harvested in mid-April, was carefully stored until July when the jasmine flowers began to blossom. It was only then that our exclusive tea could be crafted, as the jasmine flowers for five consecutive days were sprinkled onto the tea leaves then rolled into pearls. The taste is sumptuous, rounded and deeply jasmine infused.
Fairmont Monte Carlo
Fairmont Monte Carlo will be offering ice infusions with either sweet or salty lollypops in November. The Marjoram and Red “Sucette” is a tomato flavored lollypop served with Provencal Marjoram tea; while “Rabbit’s Delight with Ginger an’ Orange” is a carrot lollypop with a ginger orange infusion. Other lollypops include “Chocolate lovers’ sour and sweet experience” with a citric verbena tisane; “Anisette drinkers’ infusion” with a sweet star anise tea and a fennel lollypop; “Cannel’s turn” smooth cannel infusion and turnip lollypop; and finally, “A Midsummer Night’s strawberry dream” strawberry lollypop garnishing a freshly picked savory summer herbal infusion.
Fairmont Le Montreux Palace
Fairmont Le Montreux Palace will put their tea hats on starting November 3 with a traditional Afternoon Tea in the hotel’s lobby lounge. Guests will savor treats like English sandwiches with smoked trout and traditional dried beef on whole wheat toast. Tea service will be on calendar throughout the month along with special Get Steeped Sunday Brunches.
Fairmont Vier Jahreszeiten, Hamburg
Throughout the month, traditional Afternoon Tea will be served up in residential-styled Wohnhalle lounge. Fairmont Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten will also debut a new “Winter Rosé Bubble Dreams” Tea Time featuring scrumptious scones, finger sandwiches and other tasty treats. Other “tea”rrific activities taking place in the month include a Teddy Bear Tea and entertaining craft workshops.
