  • Fairmont Chicago

    During the month of November, Fairmont Chicago will be offering a variety of specialty tea cocktails. Whether guests prefer their tea hot or chilled, these unique cocktails are sure to please all palates. Warm up with a Hum Toddy, made with Barenjager, Hum, and hot tea. If guests prefer fruit tea, the hotel recommends the Seasons Change made with tequila, hibiscus tea, pear puree, and topped with blueberries. Made with both gin and ginger beer, the Darjeeling Delight is ideal for those interested in going beyond the ordinary. All three tea cocktails will be available in aria bar from November 3 - 30, 2012.

  • The Fairmont Dallas

    In honor of Fairmont’s Get Steeped with Fairmont program, The Fairmont Dallas will host a glamorous “Dressed to a Tea” Murder Mystery Party on Saturday, November 3, 2012 from 7– 9 pm. Guests will sip tea-infused cocktails and enjoy a decadent dinner complete with tea-inspired dishes from Executive Chef André Natera as they participate in solving the crime. The winner will receive a special prize package including an overnight stay, dinner for two at The Pyramid Restaurant and a selection of Fairmont Teas. Tickets will be available for $65 per person.

  • The Plaza

    The Plaza will introduce Fitzgerald Tea for the Ages to kick off the holiday season in The Palm Court while paying tribute to its most legendary patrons, F. Scott Fitzgerald and Zelda. The auspicious menu, carefully curated by Palm Court Executive Chef Willis Loughhead, is inspired by the popular cuisine of the 1920’s. Guests can embrace the famed Jazz Age in The Palm Court starting November 26, 2012.

  • The Fairmont Copley Plaza, Boston

    In celebration of Fairmont Tea Month, The Fairmont Copley Plaza will be mixing it up with a series of Tea-infused cocktails in its new restaurant, OAK Long Bar + Kitchen. Fairmont Teas and tea gift sets, put together by our Tea Sommelier, will be available for purchase at the hotel’s Fairmont Store, a perfect way to get a start on holiday shopping.

  • Fairmont Washington D.C., Georgetown

    Fairmont Washington D.C. will be launching a brand new afternoon tea program, starting in September which will consist of an afternoon tea in Loggia Lounge and garden Courtyard every Saturday and Sunday. To honor Get Steeped Month the hotel will offer a 2 for 1 afternoon tea experience on the launch date: 3 de noviembre

  • The Fairmont Scottsdale Princess

    Special tea cocktails will be served throughout the month at La Hacienda restaurant, including "Flaming Hor-Chai-Tea" - a flaming Chai tea latte with Horchata liquor and spiced rum, along with a "Raspberry Iced Tea-Quila" with tequila, raspberry liquor & lemon juice mixed with iced black tea & agave nectar.

  • The Fairmont San Jose

    The Fairmont San Jose, known for its action-packed cocktail program, takes tea to another level with Mo-Tea-To’s: fresh mojitos made with chilled Fairmont Tea. Tasting flights are available where guests can sample Kea Lani Orange Pineapple, Maple Maple and Jasmine Butterfly…full size cocktails are available once they pick their favorite. Also, for a soothing welcome, samples of iced Wellness Tea will be given at check-in to all FPC arriving guests. During the month, all afternoon tea services will include a complimentary box of a Fairmont tea of choice for all regular paying guests and each service will be topped off by delivery of their pastries by The Fairmont San Jose’s own pastry chef.

  • The Fairmont Olympic Hotel, Seattle

    The Fairmont Olympic Hotel in Seattle will debut its new “Rooftop Honey” tea—incorporating the hotel’s summer honey harvest with both savory and sweet tea menu items, including honey smoked salmon with chive blossoms on candied walnut bread as well as pumpkin & honey brûlée topped with lavender candy. The hotel will also include items from their rooftop gardens—including a mint mousse filled French meringue cookie. A Facebook “tea party” contest is also in the works, offering tea for 6 for one lucky Facebook or Twitter fan, along with complimentary valet parking.

  • Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa

    Back by popular demand, Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa will present their original & delicious Wine Tea’sers all through November. Offerings include a delicious Sparkling Tea’ser (Sonoma Valley Sparkling Wine, Fairmont Signature Chamomile Tea, simple syrup & peach schnapps), Cabernet Tea’ser (Fairmont Berry Tea, Sonoma Valley Cabernet, simple syrup, orange squeeze & a slice of Lemon), and Sauvignon Blanc Tea’ser (Sauvignon Blanc, Fairmont Orange Pineapple Tea, mandarin vodka, peach vodka & simple syrup) sure to entice all tea lovers. These delicious libations can be found in the resort’s Lobby Bar and in the Big 3.

  • The Fairmont Kea Lani, Maui

    The Fairmont Kea Lani, Maui is offering November Tea Tuesdays with tea-themed events, tastings, activities and education. Tea Tuesdays will kick off on November 6 with a tea-infused mixology competition and tea trivia in Kō bar. On November 20, Hawaii’s many cultures are celebrated with tea ceremonies and activities from China, Japan and Hawaii. November 20 also offers relaxation with green tea ice cream served poolside and special tea treatments at Spa Kea Lani. On Keiki (kids) Tea Day, November 27, decaffeinated tea/juice shaved ice will be available and Hawai’i Style High Tea will take place in Luana Lounge.

  • The Fairmont Orchid, Hawai’i

    In November The Fairmont Orchid, Hawai’i is planning to offer a Big Island Tea Table at the Orchid Court breakfast buffet and a tour of Tea Hawaii’s plantation, while Norio’s Sushi Bar and Restaurant will partner with Tea Hawaii to offer a tea tasting menu throughout the month. At the beach and pool, guests will enjoy “Green Tea Shaved Ice” with tea syrup, and Brown’s Deli will be serving island-themed tea sandwiches and pastries. In addition, guests will receive a tea themed amenity on November 3 and enjoy delicious iced tea in the lobby.

  • The Fairmont San Francisco

    It’s pinkies up and tea hats on at The Fairmont San Francisco throughout the month of November. In celebration of “Get Steeped with Fairmont,” the hotel will offer a free champagne cocktail or mocktail to each guest donning an event-appropriate hat during their famed Laurel Court Restaurant afternoon tea experience. Guests will be able to select their delectable bubbly addition from a sparkling cocktail menu created especially for Fairmont’s month-long “Get Steeped” promotion.

  • Fairmont Pittsburgh

    Fairmont Pittsburgh will be serving a special tea cocktail in Andys for the entire month of November to celebrate Get Steeped. Tea Time Cocktail is a refreshing spin on a classic Arnold Palmer, combining Absolut Wild Tea Vodka, Willow Stream Tea-infused simple syrup, fresh lemon juice, bitters and a splash of homemade iced tea.

  • Fairmont Miramar Hotel & Bungalows

    During the month of November sip on an Argy Bargy cocktail in Fairmont Miramar’s Lobby Lounge. As part of Get Steeped, guests are encouraged to taste this refreshing tea-infused beverage that earned its name from the 19th century British term meaning noisy wrangling. This delectable cocktail blends Hendricks Gin with Fairmont English breakfast tea, fresh squeezed lemonade and muddled cucumber to deliver a drink with a punch.
