Fairmont grants you the limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to republish the content received through the RSS Service (the "Fairmont Content") on your site, provided:
i. You clearly attribute the Fairmont Content to Fairmont if you are using the Fairmont Content on a public facing site.
ii. You may not disable or redirect any links contained in the Fairmont Content.
iii. You may not alter the Fairmont Content in any manner, or fail to display any part of the Fairmont Content.
iv. You will use best efforts to ensure that the Fairmont Content is not used, presented, linked or identified with or in association with any deceptive, threatening, violent, degrading, obscene, pornographic, derogatory, illegal, profane, tortuous or defamatory material or material that violates any agreement, intellectual property rights, moral rights, publicity rights, privacy rights or other rights of a third party (collectively, “Prohibited Materials”).
v. You will promptly remove or cause the removal of any Fairmont Content that is used in association with any Prohibited Material or you know or should reasonably know is used in a way which injures the reputation or goodwill of Fairmont.
Fairmont may modify, change or cancel any rates or promotions without prior notification and all rates or promotions remain subject to availability.
Nothing contained in the RSS Service or Fairmont Content shall in any way constitute a legal offer by Fairmont to provide a product or service of any kind.
Fairmont reserves all rights in and to the Fairmont Content and all Fairmont intellectual property incorporated therein.
Fairmont assumes no liability for any activities in connection with the RSS Service or for your use of the information, content or material contained therein. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES WITH REGARD TO THE RSS SERVICE, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
